Everyone at Connect has a voice, which shapes our direction and drives our culture.

At Connect Agency, we are a tight-knit team of creatives who do smart work and have fun doing it. It is a highly collaborative environment with a guarantee of no cubicles. As a team, we likely have a diagnosable Nerf Gun addiction, which has turned into a kind of arms race between teams.

One thing our people love is the ability to have a direct impact on the success of campaigns. We are always searching for the best idea, which we know can come from anywhere, so we are always on the lookout.

At the end of the day, our mission is to work well together toward the common goal of making raving fans out of our clients by doing killer work and to enjoy ourselves while we do it.

Why I ❤ Connect - "Being around talented people who are continuously developing new, creative ideas. It's inspiring to participate in a brain-swarming session when an idea is born, then seeing it developed, tested and implemented to produce results for a client."

  • Biggest career path influencer: My wife, Jenny, for always encouraging me to chase my crazy ideas and her unwavering support when they fail.
  • I can't work without this one thing: White board. Every great idea starts with a sketch or wireframe then grows from there.
  • Currently reading: "Contagious: Why Things Catch On" by Jonah Berger
  • Dogs or cats? Neither, I'm allergic.
  • Best advice you've received: The purpose of your life is not to serve your business, but that the primary purpose of your business is to serve your life. It’s actually a pretty freeing message when you think about it.
  • Favorite app: Evernote

  • Biggest career path influencer: I have the greatest, most supportive family in all history.
