Corner Lot had completed a landmark redevelopment, and the finished clubhouse couldn’t explain how it got there. The story lived with five organizations: the developer, the general contractor, the architect, the interiors and creative partner, and the club operator.
The brief asked for one piece that could do two jobs:
The tone needed to be professional, forward-thinking, and collaborative, positioning Glen Kernan as a landmark project for everyone involved. Each partner also needed content it could post under its own name, in its own voice.
We put all five partners at one table and let them tell the story to each other. A round-table format, modeled on The Shop, made collaboration visible on screen instead of something a narrator had to claim.
The storyboard set a six-part arc that moves from legacy to vision, build, partnership, and future. Two choices shaped everything downstream. Each partner got its own questions, so every organization left with soundbites about its own craft.
After the shoot, we logged the footage against the question list, with a timestamped pull quote for every answer. That log became the film’s edit map and the script source for every social post.
One half-day shoot produced a flagship film and a nine-week content program for five brands. Performance figures are not yet in this draft.
What the campaign delivered:
• A roundtable documentary published on the Glen Kernan Club YouTube channel.
• 17 published social posts, each with its own video clip and partner-specific copy.
• A branded trailer for each of the five accounts.
• A timestamped library of pull quotes from ten project leaders, reusable for web, PR, and award submissions.
• A bonus story on Jim Furyk’s role in the course redesign.
